Capture and merging brackets

Preparing your camera for the best HDR landscape captures
You must have a DSLR capable of bracketing to ease into HDR Photography, and with the prices of cameras dropping, you can easily purchase a mid-range DSLR and Lens for under $1,000 and jump right into HDR Photography. Ready to get started? This tutorial reflects the experience I have with creating HDR images, and is by no means the only way available.

1. Bracketing
Setup your camera to bracket 3 or more images. Try using the setting EV "+/-" 1 or 2

2. White Balance
Set your white balance to whatever the scene requires. Do not use auto.

3. Mount the camera on a tripod.

Having a stable base for your camera is very important and means less alignment issues in post productions. While hand-held HDR is very possible, and many people create very successful images with this technique, having a sturdy tripod will give you the greatest chance at nailing that landscape shot.

4. Cable Release

Attach the Cable release, or set the camera to use the self timer. You do not want to touch the camera at all.

5. Switch the camera to aperture priority and make your aperture F8 This step is only to give you a direction in where to begin, let me add that some people prefer to actually shoot at smaller apertures, experiment, and adapt this step to your workflow.

6. Meter the scene by half pressing the shutter release button, then remember what shutter speed number gets displayed.

7. Switch to manual, and set your shutter speed to the number you just saw. Leave your aperture at F8.

8. Shoot
Now, just take your series of photographs! You have successfully just captured a set of even exposures that will merge into an HDR image!

Feel like s*** this morning... (-__-)

too tired... fall asleep at 4am... plus my fren hijack my bed... slept on the floor... hahahaha.. funny... felt like homeless at my home.. isn't it the funniest thing.. can't blame him... look so tired... surfing using my lappy then i just went outside for couple minutes... i heard snoring already... wahahhaha

7.10am... my sweetheart start the morning radio live FM to woke me up... i totally piss her off since i told her so to wake me up this morning... and i dont woke up... she stay 10 minutes on the fon and started give *kuliah subuh*...

spend my day at faculty...

MAIN MISSION: find the lecturer...
CLASS: consider dismiss..
OBJECTIVE: give the official letter...
RESULT: found the lecturers.. but no one want the letter~~~

my eyes really sleepy during High Voltage class... feel wanna step out and rush home ASAP.. class ended at 1.00pm... time to go back to my lair....

Haaaaa... really refreshing when woke up... 8.00pm.. time to surfing and fooling around.. until 1-2.00am.. and i think it's common time sleep for A-class student like me... hohoho...

Now, time for edit another sets of pic and do the HDR... i think... wait for result... hope better then before...

HDR multi exposures pictures

After got back from kl.. im starit sit down infront of my lappy and start to transfer pic from my lovely cam... today assignment to explore HDR pic using multi exposures picture i took 2 days ago...

when im start to combine pic using HDR Photo Dynamic software... pic start look blur.. WTF..?
then im remember..

with my newbie technique and took picture by hand held cause my pic definitely UGGllYYY..

lots of vibration in the pic... frust... then i start to combined carefully and i sitting my ass on this chair for 3 strait hours... i cant feel my leg... and do tone mapping with 11 secret recipes... (#^.^#)

here the result... and please... insult with bit respect... huhuhu

Sunday Morning..

Hye to all... today is sunday... huh.. feel lazy to get up... but i have too.. i have to go back to bestari jaya.. my hellish place on earth... m(_ _)m

so my brother in law drop me at KL CENTRAL... and im merayau2 x tentu hala... then i feel really hungry... now like 8.45am.. so breakfast time... huhuhu..


so i go to this restorant called "warong kita".. and from this pic below u can see what im having this morning... i took a few pic around and start to digest everything on table... wahahaha


so im finish around 9.00am and its extra Oxygen time... heading outside... one cig butt into the dustbin..
